We are still accepting registrations to participate at Letters Mingle Souls. There is currently no waiting list. North Central College, our conference host, is spacious and able to accommodate a large number of conference participants. It’s not too late to be part of the soul-mingling experience.

Upon receipt of your pre-registration deposit, you will be mailed our complete packet of printed registration materials.

While the Letters Mingle Souls conference staff works diligently to prepare a creative and thought-provoking week together at North Central College, the Registration Committee reminds you of the following important dates on our conference time line:

March 31, 2008

Final date for Pre-Registration Deposit refund.

As of April 7, 2008 all conference registration packets have been mailed to pre-registered depositors.

The Letters Mingle Souls conference committee appreciates your patience in receiving our registration packet. Due to a printing delay, complete registration information will be mailed out to ALL participants during the week of April 7, 2008. The packet you receive will include color coded registration forms for your conference fees, course and housing preferences, travel information, excursion choices, tutorials registration, mini-workshop brochure and registration and Scribe Store consignor requests. The Letters Mingle Souls course catalog will include comprehensive course and instructor descriptions along with complete supply lists for each course.

If you do not receive your package by April 11, 2008 please contact the Registration Committee at registration@chicagocalligraphy2008.org. (International mail may require additional mailing time.) After this date, all registration forms will be made available on our website.

We apologize for the delay, but promise that it will truly be worth the wait!

• Postmark deadline to receive the discounted rate for mini-workshop registration and payment. Please visit our mini-workshops page for more details.
• Scribe Store Consignor Information Packet due. (Participation in the Scribe Store is not limited to conference registrants.)

April 1 - June 15, 2008

If your place can be filled from a waiting list, all but $100 is refundable. Until June 15, 30% is refundable if your place cannot be filled from a waiting list. No fees will be refunded after June 15, 2008.  All requests must be made in writing. No exceptions. There is currently no waiting list for Letters Mingle Souls.
