Week-long Vendors

Letters Mingle Souls will host two essential week-long vendors in the Old Art Center, located just across the street from Kaufman Dining Hall. These vendors will be open daily to supply the calligraphic needs of our participants. If you forget to pack that essential class supply or want to purchase an instructor-recommended book, Brenda Broadbent of Paper & Ink Arts and John Neal, Bookseller will be on hand to supply all these “can’t live without” items.

Brenda and John are currently accepting pre-orders for supplies and books which will be ready for pick up upon your arrival at Letters Mingle Souls on Saturday, July 19. Please consult our Supply List for the materials needed in your assigned conference course.

Paper & Ink Arts

Paper & Ink Arts, the largest supplier of tools for the calligraphic artist, will provide for your every supply need during the week of Letters Mingle Souls. Brenda and her well-trained staff offer not only a multitude  of the tried-and-true items we rely on and the latest “must haves," but also a wealth of knowledge and expertise. With her shop conveniently located  near the dining hall, you’ll have every opportunity to pick up those essential supplies you need for class.

Place your pre-order for supplies or anything else from the Paper & Ink Arts catalog by June 25th for the early bird 10% discount. We will pay your shipping to Chicago and your order will be waiting for you when you arrive on Saturday, July 19th. See our website under "WEB ONLY" for new and sale items you can pre-order.

Conference pre-orders may be placed online. Be sure to note “Letters Mingle Souls pre-order” before submitting your order. Orders may also be placed via phone, fax or by emailing paperinkarts@aol.com (include Letters Mingle Souls in the subject line). The staff at Paper & Ink Arts will also keep you informed regarding newly available items that are not in the current Paper & Ink Arts catalog.

John Neal, Bookseller

With John Neal and his staff available to assist you, you’ll have the chance to peruse and purchase those calligraphic books and art publications on your wish list. You’ll want to visit on a daily basis to enter the daily raffles and see the surprises that John and his crew have in store. John Neal will also sponsor the annual “Authors' Book Signing” event on Wednesday, July 23. Calligraphic authors attending Letters Mingle Souls will be available to autograph your purchases. You won’t want to miss this special opportunity!

John Neal, Bookseller is currently accepting pre-orders for pick-up at Letters Mingle Souls. By placing your pre-order you will receive a 10% discount and pay no shipping charges. You may call, email or fax your order. If ordering online please put “LMS pre-order” in the special shipping instructions field. Pre-orders are not charged until shortly before the conference begins. Vendors, study groups, calligraphy guilds and individuals are invited to contribute to the Gift Bag which is given to each conference attendee upon arrival on campus.
