Planning your trip to Chicago will be convenient whether you plan to arrive by air or travel by car. With both O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) airports serving the Chicago area, participants attending Letters Mingle Souls will have the option of choosing the most economical travel option.
Travel Arrangements
Letters Mingle Souls has contracted with a local travel agency for our participants’ travel needs. Although most attendees will prefer to arrange their own airfare via internet travel websites, the staff at Abbey/Wehrli Travel, Ltd. will be happy to assist in the planning of your air travel for a nominal fee.

(Please do not contact the Emergency Service/After Hours line, which is reserved only for corporate travelers, or an emergency fee will be assessed to your account.)

Airport Shuttle Service
Upon your arrival at the airport, be sure to look for our Letters Mingle Souls volunteers who will guide you to the shuttle buses waiting to transport you to the North Central College campus.
Pre-arranged shuttle buses will transport airport travelers from O’Hare and Midway airports on Saturday, July 19. Shuttle bus schedules will be determined based on flight arrival times provided by participants on their Travel Information Form. Airport shuttle service will also be provided for departing flights at both airports on Saturday, July 26.
The cost of shuttle transportation is $30 one-way, per person. Reservations must be pre-arranged and payment must be submitted with registration materials.
Shuttle service is NOT available for participants choosing to arrive on campus before Saturday, July 19. We encourage those who have registered for early arrival to contact the following companies to arrange for transportation to the North Central College campus in Naperville:

Some conference attendees may choose to reside off campus during the week of Letters Mingle Souls. Our various registration pricing categories allow the flexibility of choosing stay at a local hotel with family or friends while still being able to enjoy the many activities and events scheduled at the conference.
Letters Mingle Souls has contracted reduced conference attendee rates at the following hotels, which also provide complimentary, pre-arranged shuttle service to the North Central College campus. Please observe the reservation deadline for each hotel to ensure your reduced promotional rate.

Naperville, a western suburb of Chicago, is conveniently located near several major expressways for those who wish to arrive at Letters Mingle Souls by car. Be aware that warm weather in the Midwest marks the advent of “road construction season.” The summer of 2008 will be no exception.
